It was a pleasure speaking about city issues with the mayoral candidates this evening at the second Mayoral Debate on the environment as part of CAFES Ottawa!
The mayoral candidates spoke about the changes coming to our city and about their platforms in which they plan to bring transparency, accountability, and green collar jobs into the limelight. In this regard, I fully agree and support the need for these three components at city council!
As well, RogersTV and CTV News were both in attendance so keep a watchful eye out for upcoming news segments! The full debate will be made available through the CAFES website at a later date.

Ce fut un plaisir de parler avec les candidats à la mairie lors du deuxième débat à la mairie sur l’environnement dans le cadre de CAFES Ottawa!
Les candidats à la mairie ont parlé des changements à venir dans notre ville et, avec leurs plates-formes approfondies, ils aimeraient mettre la transparence, la responsabilité et les emplois de cols verts sous les feux de la rampe. À cet égard, je suis tout à fait d’accord et j’appuie la nécessité de ces trois volets au conseil municipal.
